New stained siding was recently added. The wall that separates the two sleeping rooms from the living room is not a load-bearing wall and can be moved or re-moved. The water supply is from a quick release cistern. The bathroom consists of a toilet and a sink (which drains but there is no water supply). The Town Hall is about a mile away which has fresh water available at all times and is free of charge. The heat supply is from a propane gas furnace (appox 10 years old) and supplementary heat from a wood-burning stove. The gas range/stove and refrigerator in the kitchen will stay. In addition to all this, are two 4’x8’ permanent deer blinds and has close access to both Little Bay( one mile away) and Big Bay boat launches for fishing walleyes and bass, or just enjoy crusing the Bay’s. Enjoy bird watching, 4 wheeling on your own land and off, deer hunting, and biking for miles. On west side of property you can park RV’s for family and friends. Also, the camp is located off a public road for year round accessibility. Truly a year round paradise!
