A 16x28 deck off this area can be used for alfresco dining. There are four third floor suites accessible by a beautiful open spiral staircase, and 6x32 Skyway - all have Two-Person whirlpool tubs! The "Bluebird Room", has a fireplace, and 3/4 bath, and is located close to where Eastern Bluebirds birds raise their young in the nesting boxes in the garden. The "Evening Star Room" has a fire place, log beams and wood paneling, and is designed for star gazing as you relax in your tub. It has a 3/4 Bath. The "Wild Iris Room" offers an inviting private balcony to enjoy listen to the night sounds off in the distance. It has a fireplace, and 3/4 Bath. "The Sunrise Suite" was named after the breath taking sunrise that can be seen from the balcony. This suite features a fireplace - A honeymoon retreat! A private wing of the lodge provides an Owner's Living Area. This wing includes an 11x16 Sitting Room, 13x16 Main Bedroom, 12x16 Office/Bedroom, Master Bath, 3/4 Bath, and Laundry Room. There are two extended stay suites on the lower walk-out level of the lodge. The "Harvest Moon Room" has large log beams and knotty pine paneling. It has quick access to the outdoors through a private entrance. A kitchenette, queen size bed, and a set of bunk beds, makes this one of the favorites at the Inn. The "Northern Lights Room" is also located on the walk out level. This is a nice room for a group, and is equipped with a kitchenette, Queen bed and bunk beds, and a private bathroom. A downstairs Sunken Living Room with Fireplace, 17x23 Game Room with Pool Table, Fireplace, and TV/VCR/Wireless Internet Entertainment Center is not far away. Double glass doors from this room lead to a 24x24 covered area with 8-Person Hot Tub. Support Rooms on the lower level include a 16x23 Workshop (that could be a Sleeping Area), 4x12 Storage Utility Room, 7x24 Central Utility Room, 5x11 Wine Cellar/Cold Storage Room. Lots of furnishings will be included in the sale! Heating of the lodge is by an exterior Wood Boiler, with two Back-Up Gas Boilers. A 40K Generator System backs up the facilities public electricity.
