Thomas Sullivan recently joined the Wild Rivers Realty & Associates team as a Michigan licensed real estate agent. Raised in Ohio, Tom graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance and real estate from Cleveland State University. He made his first real estate sale in 1984 while in Cleveland, and has also sold real estate in Colorado and California for a total of 10 years, gaining experience in a variety of markets.
Sullivan has also been successfully flipping houses for the past 20 years, in Colorado, California and Escanaba. His flipping background is a great help to buyers, who might not see the full potential of a home they are touring, and to sellers, who might want advice on simple cosmetic changes to make their home more appealing.
Sullivan thinks “real estate is a great investment; it is actually the best investment you can make. It’s tangible. You can rent it, live in it…”
He added “property could be the biggest investment you make, so it can be stressful” assuring he can handle the transaction for you, from the first showing to the closing. Sullivan will be working in the Iron River office at 427 N. Cedar Ave/Hwy US2, but can meet with clients in the Crystal Falls (Hwy US2) and Iron Mountain (Hwy US2) offices if it’s more convenient. He can be reached by cell at 906-553-3938, at the office at 265-7325/800-898-3164 and by email at firstname.lastname@example.org Broker/owner Jill Ponozzo said “it’s always exciting to have a new agent join our growing team. Tom’s past experience in real estate is only going to enhance Wild River’s status as the top producing real estate firm in our local MLS.”
According to the Upper Peninsula Association of REALTORS, Wild Rivers Realty has been the top producing real estate firm in our MLS for the past 10 years. To learn more, visit the website at wildriversrealty.com
