Info: Dawn has held the title of ‘top producer’ since 2005, when she had sales of $4 million. In 2006 she was the top producer in the local MLS, with $7 million in sales. She continued leading the way with $5.2 million in 2007, $4.1 million in 2008 and even when the real estate market dipped in 2009, Dawn was still the top producer with $2.6 million in sales. Serving both the Iron River and Crystal Falls areas, as well as surrounding Upper Peninsula communities, Dawn accommodates her clients seven days a week. Her ability to match buyers and sellers, and being well informed on property values, along with her public relations skills and honesty, have been the keys to her success. A life-long resident of the area, she is knowledgeable of the local resources and geographies. Dawn is certified in Early Childhood and is active in various youth programs. A volunteer in the community, she is successful in obtaining grants, organizing fund-raisers and benefits, has chaired various committees, and served as a Board Member for the Iron County Chamber of Commerce. She attended Bay College as a medical office specialist and completed her early childhood courses at Bay. She is a member of HOG (Harley Davison Owners Group) and enjoys spending her free time with her granddaughter Kallie Lynn. She has two sons, Travis, a teacher and student at Oregon State, Corvallis Oregon, and Troy, a Criminal Justice major and Juvenile Probation officer.
